Gutted a Carnegie Library down to the existing structural elements of floors, walls, and roof. Designed a new building interior. Restored the building exterior. Demolished and rebuilt the back of the building to make the entire building 2 stories throughout. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems were replaced and modernized.

The rear façade was redesigned to connect with the quadrangle and pedestrian pathways.
Details
A restored copy of the Winged Victory of Samothrace is the centerpiece of the lobby. The new interior is designed in the Neoclassical style to match the exterior.

Cleaned and repointed the exterior brick and stone. Installed historically accurate windows. Replaced the building cornice and slate tile roof.
